Here are some of the “themed” station concepts that we’ve developed over the years. And while I love these menus, and have loved creating them, one of the great joys I get from catering is the development of a personalized, uniquely “you” menu for your special day. So please, do not feel constrained by the following selections, rather let your imagination wander + feel free to go off the map.

Certain menu items do add an additional cost to the base price of $78 per person (think lobster, shrimp, filet, etc.) and we’ve added a “*” to those items to keep you in the loop. Additional cost for these items is determined by Michele on a case by case basis.


how to approach this menu

Option A | If you fall in love with one of these stations and want everything from that station, you can absolutely do this. In this instance, you can either break up the menu items across 2-4 locations, or have 2-4 identical locations containing all menu items.

Option B | If you are looking to go with anywhere from 2-4 different station themes, you would then be choosing 2-3 of your favorite items from each of those menus. This is more of a true “themed” station option, where each of the different station locations would feature different themed menus.

Note: Our raw bar is typically an add on to the cocktail hour - though you are more than welcome to buck that trend + serve your raw bar during dinner - and is a flat fee of $10 pp on top of our base price
